1. Custom project quotations
Software development work may involve requirements gathering, design, implementation and testing. The price, any advance, payment milestones and covered work should be defined in the project-specific quotation or agreement before payment is requested.
2. Cancellation requests
Clients may contact the business to discuss cancelling a proposed or ongoing engagement. Any cancellation charges, payments for work already performed or other consequences are determined by the agreed written terms and applicable law.
3. Refund requests
Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the particular service agreement, completed work, applicable law and the circumstances of the request. We do not advertise a universal guaranteed refund for custom development work.
4. Billing questions
For a quotation, invoice, payment or refund query, please contact us with your name, project reference and a summary of the issue. Do not email full card numbers or passwords.
